Swiss and European Union Notice Procedure

In addition to compliance with the DMCA in the United States, Virgil Health LLC also complies with applicable copyright and platform liability rules under:

  • Swiss law, including the Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA / URG), and

  • European Union law, including Directive 2001/29/EC (InfoSoc Directive) and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

 

Copyright owners in Switzerland or the European Union may also submit valid notices to info@virgilhealth.care. Such notices will be reviewed diligently and acted upon in accordance with applicable Swiss and EU legal frameworks, including removal or disabling of access where required.
