Cross-Border Use; Jurisdiction-Specific Rights
The Services may be provided from locations outside your country. Nothing in the Services is an offer to practice a regulated profession where a participating clinician is not permitted to do so. Residents of the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK, India, or Australia may have additional statutory rights set out in the applicable Addendum to our Terms of Use, which forms part of your agreement with us. Local laws and regulations may limit how you can use the Services.

Third-Party Platforms and Technology Allocation
The Services may rely on third-party platforms and service providers (for example, video, electronic health record, messaging, or payment providers). Virgil Health does not control their availability or performance and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for outages, delays, data loss, message failures, or other issues attributable to those third parties or to your device, software, or connectivity. Access to any independent clinician via a third-party platform does not imply Virgil Health’s supervision or control of that clinician’s professional judgment.
